WE ARE CREATION is more than a conference, it's a gathering designed to bring together conscious leaders, entrepreneurs, creators and changemakers from around the world. Our intention is to create an inspiring, safe and respectful environment where meaningful conversations, collaboration and new possibilities can unfold.
These Terms & Conditions explain what you can expect from us, what we ask from every participant, and how we work together to create an exceptional experience for everyone.
1. Registration & Your Ticket
Your registration is confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. Your ticket provides access only to the experiences included within your selected ticket type. Ticket benefits vary between Full Abundance, Super Lux VIP and Legends Passes.
Tickets are personal and may only be used by the registered participant unless formally transferred in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers, duplicated or altered QR codes, or obtained fraudulently may be cancelled without refund at the discretion of WE ARE CREATION.
2. Payments, Transfers & Refunds
Because every ticket reserves a place within the Summit, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except where required under applicable Indonesian law.
Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 31st August 2026 by submitting a written request to the event team [email protected]. Name changes are not permitted after this date.
Refunds will not be provided due to visa refusals, missed flights, illness, travel delays or other personal circumstances preventing attendance.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
3. Programme, Speakers & Event Updates
We work closely with every speaker and partner to deliver an exceptional experience.
Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require changes to speakers, session topics, schedules, room allocations, networking experiences, wellness activities, sponsors, exhibitors or other elements of the programme.
Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
4. Travel & Accommodation
Unless expressly included within your ticket package, participants are responsible for flights, visas, passports, travel insurance, accommodation and all personal travel arrangements.
Legends accommodation is provided in accordance with the published package and remains subject to hotel policies, availability and operational requirements. Guests are responsible for any incidental hotel charges, damage to hotel property or services not included within their package.
5. Photography, Video & Media
Our team captures photos, videos and audio throughout the Summit to celebrate the experience and share the WE ARE CREATION story.
By attending, you consent to your image, voice or likeness being used worldwide across our website, social media, educational content, future event promotions and marketing materials, where permitted by law.
Recordings may be edited, translated, transcribed or incorporated into future promotional or educational content.
If you prefer not to appear in close-up promotional content, please let our team know before the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that complete exclusion from event photography or video cannot always be guaranteed.
6. Respecting Our Community
We ask every participant to contribute to a welcoming, respectful and inclusive environment.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, aggressive selling, unwanted solicitation, illegal activity or behaviour that disrupts the experience of others will not be tolerated.
Please respect the privacy of others before recording conversations or taking close-up photographs.
WE ARE CREATION reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is inconsistent with these values, without refund where appropriate.
7. Health & Wellbeing
Your wellbeing matters to us.
Participation in wellness sessions, movement, meditation, breathwork, longevity, biohacking demonstrations or similar experiences is entirely voluntary.
Please participate responsibly and seek appropriate medical advice if you have any concerns.
If you have significant medical conditions, dietary requirements or food allergies, we encourage you to let us know in advance. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Participants remain responsible for their own health and wellbeing throughout the event.
8. Networking & Participant Connections
One of the unique aspects of WE ARE CREATION is the opportunity to connect with extraordinary people from around the world.
We intentionally create spaces for meaningful conversation and collaboration.
While these opportunities are part of the experience, WE ARE CREATION does not guarantee business partnerships, investments, employment opportunities, collaborations or personal relationships.
Participants are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before entering into any business or commercial arrangements.
Any agreements or decisions made between participants remain solely their own responsibility.
9. Sponsors & Exhibitors
Sponsors and exhibitors may showcase products, services or opportunities during the Summit.
Any purchases, agreements or engagements you enter into with third parties are entirely between you and that organisation.
WE ARE CREATION does not guarantee or endorse third-party products, services, investments or advice.
10. Intellectual Property
Presentations, recordings, branding, designs and Summit materials remain the intellectual property of WE ARE CREATION or the respective speakers and partners.
Recording entire sessions, livestreaming, reproducing materials or commercial distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
Personal photos and short video clips for social media are welcome provided they do not disrupt the event or infringe the rights of speakers or other participants.
11. Personal Responsibility
While we take reasonable care in organising a safe and enjoyable event, attendance is voluntary and participants accept responsibility for their own decisions, belongings and conduct.
Participants are responsible for the security of their personal belongings throughout the Summit.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, WE ARE CREATION is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, travel disruptions, theft, damage or incidents beyond its reasonable control.
12. Privacy & Communications
By registering, you agree that we may communicate with you about the Summit via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other appropriate channels.
These communications may include event updates, speaker announcements, schedule changes, operational information and future WE ARE CREATION opportunities.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indonesian law.
13. Force Majeure
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, civil unrest or venue issues, affect the event, WE ARE CREATION may postpone, reschedule, relocate or modify the Summit.
We will always communicate significant updates as quickly as possible.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
We hope any concerns can be resolved through open communication. Where this is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.
15. Acceptance
By completing your registration and attending WE ARE CREATION SUMMIT 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
